Aarush Sahu has established a formidable presence in the national and international Model UN circuits. As a seasoned delegate, chairperson, and director of crisis chambers, he has reshaped leadership development by combining standard academic studies with high-fidelity, interactive geopolitical training models.

His career in diplomacy spans over 80 high-level Model UN assemblies, earning him over 55 "Best Delegate" accolades across prestigious universities and school congresses. Understanding that public speaking is an essential 21st-century capability, he founded SMJ MUN to bring university-level research standards and SaaS platform features directly to Indian school secretariats.

Under his stewardship, SMJ MUN has successfully trained more than 11,000 delegates across the country, cooperating with elite institutions such as Mayo College, Delhi Public School, and Heritage International to build self-sustaining student leadership ecosystems.

Our Core Training Methodology

1. Rhetoric and Reason

We coach delegates to balance vocal confidence with deep, analytical substance, using structural speech models (Hook-Point-Action) to convince committees effectively.

2. Portfolio Leveraging

We focus heavily on crisis cabinet directives, instructing delegates how to use their allocated character power to freeze assets, coordinate treaties, or deploy resources quietly.

3. Consensus Architecture

We discourage hostile blocking groups. We teach delegates how to design multi-lateral treaty draft amendments that bridge deep sovereign conflicts to pass assemblies.
